Lecture halls with sitting capacity for 80 students are equipped with LCD and overhead projection and public address systems.

A sophisticated auditorium Gyanprasad Sabhagriha is shared with Engineering college.

A well equipped modern computer laboratory with sixty P4 processors, WINDOWS XP and Linux operating systems, scanners, laser and matrix printers and internet facility are available. We have modeling software as HYPERCHEM and MOE for Bioinformatics. Several other public domain software as RasMol, MolMol, PDB viewer, Arguslab, ISIS draw etc are also available. In addition to this we have several indigenous programs for drug designing.

Wet labs have facilities for Biochemical and cell Biology work, animal & plant tissue culture. These are equipped with: refrigerators, autoclaves, incubators (BOD), centrifuges, spectrophotometer, laminar flows (horizontal and vertical) plant growth chambers etc. More labs are coming in new building whose construction will be completed by the end of year 2006. This would double the laboratory space with the addition of microbiology, animal and plant tissue culture, radioactivity, industrial Biotechnology and a post graduate laboratories in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics. These would house several high tech instruments as PCR, HPLC high speed centrifuge, freeze drying, ultra-filtration unit, UV trans-illuminator and water purifying system and biomolecular modeling software and drug designing software. In addition there would be animal house for experimental animals and a green house.

Library has books by Indian and foreign authors, there are few journals and magazines. Library also subscribes for many news papers for the benefit of students.
